Compact, reliable and high-performance: BREMAG plants for backwash water treatment are equipped with a process combination consisting of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, in accordance with the German standard. Two-stage ultrafiltration is possible for brine.
Thanks to the perfect hygienic treatment, up to 80 per cent of the backwash waste water can be returned to the pool water circuit without any concerns. This saves water costs in addition to sewage fees. And it also provides environmental relief, thanks to reduced CO2 emissions as a result of avoided energy that is else needed for heating water.
A fully-automatic treatment stage for chemical membrane cleaning ensures the plants’ high operational reliability – it is either integrated or provided in the event of small facilities.

We are specialised in membrane plants that are equipped with top-quality features. Our plants for pool water treatment are in accordance with the German standard and thereby ensure one hundred per cent particle retention with their mechanical membrane barrier, also in the microbiological sector. As such, they are significantly more efficient than sand and multilayer filter systems: Depending on the type of pool, the required circulation rates can be reduced by up to 50 per cent when compared with the conventional alternatives.
What is more, it’s also possible to treat the waste water of the module with a downstream recycling stage in a spacesaving manner and return this to the water cycle once again.
